The Accuaracy checking is one of standard procedure of our inpestions, before the products leave from factory we are making sure the casting liner dimensions, installation angle and evenness are match with drawing requirment.

Dimensional Checking

The Dimensional accuracy is the key of the installations ,The outward dimension including length, width, thickness and especially the installation surface dimensions should mtach with drawing requirment. 

Curve Checking

The Curve checking is the key of the installation espeically for the bowl liner , mantle Liner, Arm Guard as etc. We are paying extra attention to check curve accuracy 

Machining Evenness

The crusher liner Evenness is also important of installation and running to aviod shaking when crushing.

Surface & Finishing Checking

The surface and finsihing also important for the casting liner, we are making sure each item are subject to European product standard
